Beverley Talbot


Beverley has worked within Audiology for 18 yrs. A registered clinical scientist and registered hearing aid dispenser.

After passing her MSc in Audiology at Southampton University in 1994 she went on to pass the clinical competence exams in Portsmouth. She then worked in Portsmouth for a few years before moving onto the Radcliffe Infirmary in Oxford. Beverley's duties here included all areas of diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology including adults, paediatrics and cochlear implants. After about 6 years in Oxford she moved to King Edward the VII hospital in Windsor, where she stayed until September 2008 when she left the profession to spend more time with her young family.

After a brief career break she passed the Hearing Aid Council exams to practice as a Hearing Aid Dispenser in March 2010. Since then Beverley has been practicing as an Audiologist and a Hearing Aid dispenser from Princess Margaret Hospital in Windsor and The Bridge Clinic in Maidenhead. She undertakes adult and paediatric audiological assessments, fits hearing aids and works closely with the ENT surgeons.

Beverley is an independent hearing aid dispenser with no specific affiliation to any one hearing aid company. She can therefore offer the most up to date hearing aid to suit individual needs. A detailed initial hearing aid consultation is offered free of charge. Your hearing will be assessed and hearing aids can be discussed. A trial is available. If a hearing aid is purchased batteries and follow-up care is included for two years.
